I get so much out of meditating

Throughout the day, whenever I'm working on something, I typically can see immediately what I need to work on to lead me to the next step. But it takes me a little bit to act out those inclinations. It's always like, "OK, so I've been mulling over this, and... oh yeah, I had a thought initially that directed me and it's the way I need to go."
